PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, your IP address, your time zone and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. In addition, when you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you visit, the web sites or search terms that brought you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. COOKIES

Here is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether or not to allow them.

session_id, a unique session identifier, allows Artisanat CI to store information about your session (referrer, referring page, etc.).

_artisanatci_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes since last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.

no data retained, expires at midnight (depending on visitor location) the following day. Calculates the number of visits to a store per unique customer.

cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores your shopping cart information.

_secure_session_id, unique session identifier

storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, it is used to know if the current visitor has access.

  • Log files" track Site activity and collect data such as your IP address, the type of browser you use, your Internet service provider, your referring and exit pages, and your time-stamp data (date and time).
    • Web beacons", "tags" and "pixels" are electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site.

In addition, when you contact a craftsman through the Site, we collect certain information about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), e-mail address and telephone number. This automatically collected information is referred to as "Order Information".

When we use the term "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

If you leave a comment on our site, you may agree to have your name, e-mail address and website stored in cookies. These cookies are intended to make things easier for you, so that you don't have to provide your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies have a lifetime of one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.

When you log in, we also set several cookies to record your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies have a lifetime of two days, and screen option cookies have a lifetime of one year. If you select the "Remember me" option, your connection will be retained for two weeks. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images containing location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract all location data from images on the website.

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data contained in the comment form, as well as the visitor's IP address and the browser's user agent string to facilitate spam detection.

An anonymous string created from your e-mail address (also called a "hash") may be provided to the Gravatar service to verify your use of it. Articles on this site may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.
